RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS

• Please note that the return widow is 30 days from the shipping date.
• Only damaged/defective items are eligible for free returns. Please email us within 3 days of receiving the shipment to be eligible for free returns. 
• All other orders are eligible for returns and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

REFUNDS

• To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded.

EXCHANGES

• Only defective, damaged or wrong items received may be replaced upon the customer's request.
